The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal VCAT handed down a decision where land being used for the purposes of Pigeon racing and associated pigeon keeping, training and breeding is not to be defined the same as agriculture, domestic animal husbandry clause 73:03. In lay terms, thus giving rights to keep pigeons in suburban areas and not have the same restrictions as poultry. https://www.vrpb.org.au/VCAT.pdf
